I love this necklace; I layered it with another one, and they stack beautifully, creating a stylish look. It has also remained in excellent condition over time.
When I received this, my son wore it for a little while when it broke. I was pretty upset until I realized how wonderful their customer service is. It looks pretty on. I received this necklace as a free add on which is really nice. I wouldn't have ordered it otherwise, and yet I find myself reaching for it quite often now, as it is a simple necklace that's very suitable for everyday wear.
The packaging, the box, the card, the tissue, it was all done beautifully. I did lose out on getting the big deal as it kept flicking off and not allowing it. So I only got the four pieces instead of the better deal you had running at the time. It needs to be easier for your customers as I don’t want to purchase again not receiving or being pushed out of the deal as when you go to look at something else it would not be there anymore.
